Terms and Conditions

The Hume Bank ‘Customer Experience Survey’ Prize Draws Promotion (Promotion) commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 April 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 March 2025 (Promotion Period). Information on how to enter and prizes awarded forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The promoter is Hume Bank Limited ABN 85 051 868 556 (Hume Bank) of 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640, Phone 1300 004 863.
  2. The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants. An eligible entrant is a person who:
    a. completes the Customer Experience Survey and includes their name and customer number during the Promotion Period,
    b. is 18 years of age or over, and
    c. is not an immediate family member to any of the following: Directors, management, and employees of Hume Bank, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion.
  3. There can only be one entry per eligible entrant per calendar month.
  4. Each eligible entrant consents to entering the prize draw by scanning the QR code in the Hume Bank branch and completing the survey.
  5. Each eligible entrant is automatically entered into the Promotion draw for the prizes.
  6. There will be one (1) winner in the Promotion (a Winner) each calendar month during the Promotion Period. The Winner will be determined on the first business day of the month, no later than 5pm AEDT/AEST at the offices of Hume Bank at 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640 as per the following Schedule (Schedule):

  7. The Winner for each month during the Promotion Period will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entrants that comply with the eligibility criteria specified in (2).
  8. Each Winner will receive:
    a. A Coles Myer gift card to the value of $100.00 (including GST) (Prize). Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The total annual 12-month prize pool value is $1,200 (including GST).
  9. The Winners will be notified by phone call and the Winners’ names will be published on Hume Bank’s website in accordance with the Schedule specified in (5).
  10. The Prize will be made available to the Winner by collection from the branch location of their choice no later than 28 days after the relevant draw date for the Prize.
  11. If a Winner cannot be found or a Winner cannot be determined at a draw, Hume Bank will notify this on its website.
  12. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Hume Bank shall determine all questions and issues relating to a person’s eligibility to enter the Promotion, and/or to obtain the Prize, in its absolute discretion, and no correspondence shall be entered into relating to any determination made.
  13. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Hume Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any requirements of law. Hume Bank reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  14. Hume Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained arising directly or indirectly from the Promotion or in connection with any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  15. All entries in the Promotion become the property of Hume Bank. If you are a Winner, it is a condition of your acceptance of the Prize that you agree that Hume Bank may publish your full name as the winning entrant in any media.
