Hello Hume Bank. Hello Holiday Terms and Conditions.

 

The Hume Bank ‘Hello Hume Bank. Hello Holiday” (“Gift Program”) commences at 12:00pm AEDT on 28 February 2025 and is a limited time only offer, closing at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 April 2025 (Gift Program Period).

 

Eligibility to receive the Gift is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. The promoter is Hume Bank Limited ABN 85 051 868 556 (Hume Bank) of 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640, Phone 1300 004 863.
2. The Gift Program is only open to eligible applications. An eligible application is a person who
   I. Meets the responsible lending criteria and passes all Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering requirements
   II. Is one of the first twenty (20) approved applicants of a liteBlue or myBlue Hume Bank Home Loan within the Gift Program Period. The approved loan must settle within 90 days from the end date of the Gift Program Period

III. Does not have an existing Home Loan with Hume Bank

IV. Is not applying for a Bridging Loan

V. Resides or owns a property (or who will do so with funds from the loan) within the following postcode locations: Federation Shire: 2642, 2643, 2645, 2646, 2647, 2652, 2700, Indigo Shire: 3682, 3683, 3685, 3687, 3688, 3691,3695, 3747, 3749, Wangaratta Shire: 3676, 3677, 3678, 3732, 3733, 3735, 3746

VI. Is 18 years of age or over

VII. is an Australian resident, and

VIII. is not an immediate family member to any of the following: Directors, management, and employees of Hume Bank, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of this Gift Program.

VIIII. A minimum loan amount of $250,000 and a maximum LVR of 90% applies

3. There can only be one voucher per eligible application

4. There will be TWENTY (20) recipients in the Gift Program (a Recipient) during the Gift Program Period.

5. The Recipients during the Gift Program Period will be determined by the order in which their application is received and approved (approval date) and settled within the terms and conditions of the Gift Program as specified in (2.II).

6. Each of the Twenty (20) successful Recipients will receive:

I. A Helloworld Travel voucher to the value of $2000 (including GST) Gifts are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The total Gift pool value is $40,000 (including GST). Voucher valid at Albury, Wodonga, Wangaratta Helloworld Travel.

7. The Recipients will be notified by email and/or phone in accordance with the Schedule specified in (6).

8. The Gift will be made available to the Recipient by collection from the branch location of their choice or emailed no later than 28 days after the settlement of their successful approved loan.

9. If a Recipient cannot be found or a Recipient cannot be determined at the conclusion of the Gift Program, Hume Bank will notify this on its website.

10. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Hume Bank shall determine all questions and issues relating to a person’s eligibility to enter the Gift Program, and/or to obtain the Gift, in its absolute discretion, and no correspondence shall be entered into relating to any determination made.

11. If for any reason the Gift Program is not capable of running as planned, Hume Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Gift Program, subject to any requirements of law. Hume Bank reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the application process.

12. Hume Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained arising directly or indirectly from the Gift Program or in connection with any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. All entries in the Gift Program become the property of Hume Bank. If you are a Recipient, it is a condition of your acceptance of the Gift that you agree that Hume Bank may publish your full name as a successful Recipient.
