If you’re a regular user of the Hume Connect phone banking service, we want to let you know about an upcoming change.
What is the change?
Following notice from the supplier that the phone banking system is being discontinued, we’re unable to offer the Hume Connect service after 30 November 2024.
What does this mean for you?
We’re committed to making this change as smooth as possible and we’ll be here to support you throughout the process. While we understand this may be disappointing news, other options are available, and we’re committed to making sure you have the banking services you need.
For account transactions and balance enquiries after this date, you can:
- Register for online banking using iBank by calling 1300 004 863
- Download the Hume Bank App from Apple or Google Play App Store
- Visit one of our 15 branch locations
- Call us on 1300 004 863 Monday to Friday (8am to 5:45pm) and Saturday (9:30am to 12pm)
The Hume Connect phone banking service will continue to operate as usual until 30 November 2024 by calling 1300 551 619
