After careful consideration, Hume Bank will be closing the Hume Connect service by 30 November 2024. This decision has not been made this lightly, however closing Hume Connect comes as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our product offerings and focus on innovations that best serve our customers’ evolving needs. This change allows us to allocate more resources towards enhancing and delivering greater value to you.
We’re committed to making this process as smooth as possible to ensure we’ll be here to support you throughout the process. This means ensuring you have access to the Hume Bank App, iBank or are able visit one of our 15 locations or call us 1300 004 863. If you are one off our Hume Connect customers, our Customer Service Team will be reaching out to discuss these options over the coming months.
Hume Connect will continue to operate as usual until 30 November 2024 by calling 1300 551 619.
