Hume Bank Customer Survey November 2024 Promotion

Terms and Conditions

The Hume Bank ‘Customer Survey November 2024’ Promotion (Promotion) commences at 12:00pm AEDT on 25 October 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2024 (Promotion Period). The survey is being conducted on behalf of Hume Bank by the independent market research agency Nature Sydney Pty Ltd (“Nature”). Information on how to enter and prizes awarded forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The promoter is Hume Bank Limited ABN 85 051 868 556 (Hume Bank) of 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640, Phone 1300 004 863.The survey is being conducted on behalf of Hume Bank by the independent market research agency Nature Sydney Pty Ltd (“Nature”).
  2. The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants. An eligible entrant is a person who:
    1. completes the Customer Survey including the final question and supplies their name and email address during the Promotion Period,
    2. is 18 years of age or over
    3. is an Australian resident, and
    4. is not an immediate family member to any of the following: Directors, management, and employees of Hume Bank, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion.
  3. There can only be one entry per eligible entrant.
  4. Each eligible entrant consents to entering the promotion by completing the survey, including the final question.
  5. Each eligible entrant who completed the final question is automatically entered into the Promotion.
  6. There will be one (1) winner in the Promotion (a Winner) during the Promotion Period. The Winner will be determined on 9 December 2024 no later than 5pm AEDT/AEST at the offices of Hume Bank at 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640.
  7. The Winners during the Promotion Period will be determined by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter, from the pool of eligible entrants that comply with the eligibility criteria specified in (2).
  8. The Winner will receive:
    – A Luxury Escapes gift voucher to the value of $1000.00 (including GST) (Prize). Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The total prize pool value is $1000 (including GST).
  9. The Winner will be notified by email and the Winner’s name will be published on Hume Bank’s website in accordance with the Schedule specified in (6).
  10. The Prize will be made available to the Winner by collection from the branch location of their choice or emailed no later than 28 days after the relevant draw date for the Prize.
  11. If a Winner cannot be found or a Winner cannot be determined at a draw, Hume Bank will notify this on its website.
  12. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Hume Bank shall determine all questions and issues relating to a person’s eligibility to enter the Promotion, and/or to obtain the Prize, in its absolute discretion, and no correspondence shall be entered into relating to any determination made.
  13. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Hume Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any requirements of law. Hume Bank reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  14. Hume Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained arising directly or indirectly from the Promotion or in connection with any Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  15. All entries in the Promotion become the property of Hume Bank. If you are a Winner, it is a condition of your acceptance of the Prize that you agree that Hume Bank may publish your full name as the winning entrant in any media.

Hume Bank Fresh Start Promotion

Terms and Conditions

The Hume Bank Fresh Start Promotion (Promotion) commences at 9:00am AEST on Thursday, 30 May 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 30 June 2024 (Promotion Period) Information on how to qualify and the reward awarded forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The promoter is Hume Bank Limited ABN 85 051 868 556 (Hume Bank) of 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640, Phone 1300 004 863.
  2. The promotion is only available to the first 350 eligible customers who:
    a. Have an existing and active Hume Bank transaction account and;
    b. Open their first Hume Bank Reward Saver account and;
    c. Deposit a minimum of $25 AUD into the new Hume Bank Reward Saver account within the Promotion Period
  3. Each of the eligible customers, up to a maximum of 350 customers during the promotion period will receive a bonus reward of $25 AUD that will be deposited into the qualifying Reward Saver account within 5 business days
  4. The Promotion reward of $25 AUD can only be claimed once per customer. If more than one Reward Saver account is opened within the promotional period, only the first account will be eligible. There will be a maximum of 350 eligible customers rewarded provided the eligibility criteria is met
  5. The qualifying customers (up to a maximum of 350) will receive an email notifying them of their qualification for the promotion reward
  6. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Hume Bank shall determine all questions and issues relating to a person’s promotion eligibility, and/or to obtain the Reward, in its absolute discretion, and no correspondence shall be entered into relating to any determination made.
  7. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Hume Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any requirements of law. Hume Bank reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Hume Bank $5,000 Reward Saver Account Competition

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Hume Bank $5,000 Reward Saver Account Competition (Competition) commences at 9:00am AEST on Friday, 6 October 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 30 November 2023 (Competition Period). Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The promoter is Hume Bank Limited ABN 85 051 868 556 (Hume Bank) of 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640, Phone 1300 004 863.
  3. The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants. An eligible entrant is a person who:
    a. Opened a new Hume Bank Reward Saver account during the Competition Period
    b. is a current Hume Bank customer;
    c. is 18 years of age or older
    d. has made a total of two (2) deposit transactions, of at least $10.00, across two consecutive months (October and November or November and December), into their Hume Bank Reward Saver account by 31 December 2023.
    e. has a total Hume Bank Reward Saver account balance of equal to or greater than $20.00; as at 31 December 2023; and
    f. is not any of the following: Directors, management, and employees of Hume Bank.
  4. A customer will receive one entry into the draw for each Hume Bank Reward Saver account they hold that meets the eligibility criteria specified in (3).

    Each eligible entrant is automatically entered into the Competition draw for the prize (Competition Prize).

  5. The total maximum Competition Prize pool is $5,000.
  6. The five (5) winners will each receive $1,000 transferred to an eligible Hume Bank account of their choice.
  7. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  8. The Prize will be drawn at 2.00pm AEST at the offices of Hume Bank at 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640 on Thursday, 4 January 2024. The recipients of the Prizes will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entrants that comply with the criteria specified in (3).
  9. The winners will be notified by email or telephone and the winners’ names will be published on humebank.com.au
  10. Subject to these terms and conditions, Hume Bank shall determine all questions and issues relating to a person’s eligibility to enter the Competition, and/or to obtain the Prize, in its absolute discretion, and no correspondence shall be entered into relating to any determination made.
  11.
