To bring you better and brighter things, we’ll be performing system maintenance from 6pm, Sunday, 11 February to 9am, Monday, 12 February.
During this outage, you may experience delays with card transactions, changing PINs or activating cards in the Hume Bank App.
Services that remain unaffected are transfers and viewing account balances in the app and iBank.
What do I need to do?
Once the maintenance is complete, some customers will experience issues making payments with their digital wallets.
You can avoid being impacted by switching your preferred payment method from eftpos savings to Visa today. Follow these steps to get started.
